1 packet of Le Burguet chocolate sponge cake premix (400 g)
3 eggs
200 ml milk

100 g melted chocolate or chocolate chips
2 tablespoons instant coffee dissolved in 50 ml hot water (optional, to enhance the chocolate flavor)

Instructions:
